Refund & Cancellation

General Refund Policy

All information, reports, content, and access rights purchased on www.one-startup.in and delivered prior to a cancellation request are non-refundable.

Refund for Cancellation Before Application Filing

A full refund is available if a refund request is submitted via email to contact@one-startup.in before the application filing process begins. Requests received after filing are non-refundable. The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days by OneDash Fintech Private Limited.

Refund for Charge Back Transaction

In case of a chargeback claim, users must contact contact@one-startup.in with details to request a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by OneDash Fintech Private Limited via the payment gateway or demand draft within 5-7 working days. No claims should be directed to Payment Service Providers.

The term “Charge Back” refers to approved and settled credit card or net banking transactions refused or charged back to the merchant account, including associated fees and penalties.

Refund for Fraudulent/Duplicate Transaction(s)

For fraudulent transactions due to misuse of Card/Bank details, users should contact contact@one-startup.in. Issues will be addressed as per existing rules and policies, with refunds processed within 5-7 working days if applicable by OneDash Fintech Private Limited.
