Refunds and Cancellation

All information, reports, content, and access rights purchased on One-Startup and delivered to users prior to receiving a cancellation request are non-refundable.

Refund for Charge Back Transaction

In the event there is any claim for/ of a chargeback by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach One-Startup with their claim details and claim a refund from One-Startup alone. Such refund (if applicable) shall be processed only by One-Startup via the payment gateway or by means of a demand draft or other suitable means as deemed appropriate by One-Startup. No claims for a refund/chargeback shall be directed to the Payment Service Provider(s), and any such claims made will not be entertained.

The term “Charge Back” shall mean approved and settled credit card or net banking purchase transaction(s) which are at any time refused, debited, or charged back to the merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider's accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, along with the associated bank fees, penalties, and other charges.

Refund for Fraudulent/Duplicate Transaction(s)

The User shall directly contact One-Startup for any fraudulent transaction(s) resulting from the misuse of Card/Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party, and such issues will be appropriately addressed by One-Startup in accordance with existing rules and policies.
